We are a micro-bakery in Pullman, WA that specializes in naturally leavened sourdough breads. Our passion for baking began when we started experimenting with different bread recipes in our home kitchen to avoid buying grocery store breads. Today, we use our own sourdough starter and bake all of our bread in small batches to ensure the highest quality.
